LOUIE'S FAMOUS ITALIAN BEEF
- 1 pkg. Louie's Famous Italian Beef Seasoning
- 3 lbs. Beef Roast
- Water
- Combine water and seasoning in a crockpot.
- Add beef and enough water to cover the top of the roast.
- Cook for 8 - 10 hours on low, shred with fork.
- Serve on bread of your choice.
ITALIAN BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES
- 1 pkg. Louie's Famous Italian Beef Seasoning
- 2 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
- 1 lb. Egg Noodles
- Water
- Combine Louie's Famous Italian Beef Seasoning, Beef Stew Meat, and enough water to cover the meat in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Boil egg noodles according to directions on package.
- Serve Italian Stew meat over the egg noodles.
ITALIAN HAMBURGERS
- 1 pkg. Louie's Famous Italian Beef Seasoning
- 3 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 16 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
- 10 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
- 10 Hamburger Buns
- In a mixing bowl, mix Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning, ground beef and eggs together.
- Portion into 10 patties.
- Cook patties on the grill or under the broiler until done.
- Heat spaghetti sauce.
- Place burgers on bun and top with mozzarella cheese and sauce.
ITALIAN CHICKEN BREAST
- 1 pkg. Louie's Famous Italian Beef Seasoning
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 lb. Linguini
- Brown chicken breasts in large skillet.
- Add Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning and enough water to cover the chicken.
- Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked (about 20 minutes).
- Cook and drain linguini according to the directions on the package.
- Serve chicken breast over linguini.
- 1 pkg. Louie's Famous Italian Beef Seasoning
- 2 lbs ground beef
- Mix one package of Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning mix into about 2 pounds of lean ground beef.
- Shape into small meatballs
- Brown in a skillet or in the microwave until cooked through.
- Add the meatballs to your favorite sauce and cook on low until ready to serve, or top cooked spaghetti noodles and sauce with the meatballs. You might also try making a meatball sub sandwich.

- 3 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crackers crumbled
- 1/2 package Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning
- Mix above ingredients in large bowl.
- Shape and place in oblong pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Optional ingredients: Add sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup parmesan Romano or asiago cheese before baking. Spoon thick marinara or ketchup on top of meatloaf.
- 1 pkg Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning
- 1 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Dressing (Dry Mix)
- 1 bottle beer
- 1 jar pepperoncinis (juice included)
- 6 chicken breasts
- Put chicken breast in slow cooker.
- Mix seasonings with beer and pour over chicken.
- Add pepperoncinis with juice.
- Cook on low 6-7 hours until meat falls apart.
- Shred with a fork and serve on buns with hot pepper cheese.
- 3 lb sirloin tip roast
- 6 slices garlic (thin, half clove width)
- Cut slits in roast and insert garlic slices.
- Cover roast with 1/2 package Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning.
- Wrap roast in foil and place on backing rack in oven.
- Roast at 325 degrees to internal temperature of 155 degrees.
- Let stand 20 minutes.
- Prepare remaining 1/2 package of Louie's Seasoning with about 1 cup water, heat stirring until thickened.
- Slice beef against the grain and drop slices into sauce.
- Heat one minute and place slices on sourdough hoagie type roll.
- Wrap sandwiches in foil (like a burger) and peel back to eat.
- Serve sauce as dip.
