- 1 pkg Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning
- 1 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Dressing (Dry Mix)
- 1 bottle beer
- 1 jar pepperoncinis (juice included)
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1. Put chicken breast in slow cooker.
- 2. Mix seasonings with beer and pour over chicken.
- 3. Add pepperoncinis with juice.
- 4. Cook on low 6-7 hours until meat falls apart.
- 5. Shred with a fork and serve on buns with hot pepper cheese.
