Italian Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS :

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crackers crumbled
  • 1/2 package Louie’s Italian Beef Seasoning
  • Sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup Parmesan Romano or Asiago Cheese before baking. Spoon thick marinara or ketchup on top of meatloaf. (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Shape and place in oblong pan.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms or 1/2 cup Parmesan Romano or asiago cheese. (Optional)
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
