Louie’s as a Rub

I have been using your seasoning for quite some time in the slowcooker. Always great.

The local County Market here in Springfield, IL also uses it in their Deli Department. Theirs always seemed to be a little more flavorful, so I asked and they told me that they double the seasoning.

I am a big fan of smoking my meat and make a lot of rubs and decided to use your seasoning as a rub to punch it up a bit.

I rubbed it on the beef prior to putting it in the slow cooker.

Let it sit for about 2 hours.

I was amazed at the difference it made! Just one package, rub on the meat and let it sit for a while and put the remainder of the seasoning in the pot with the water.

So much more flavorful!
