Louie’s Italian Pork Loin

INGREDIENTS :

  • 4-5 lb Pork Loin
  • 1/2 – 1 packet Louie’s Italian Beef Seasoning
  • 3 tbls Balsamic Vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rub Louie’s Italian Beef Seasoning on roast.
  2. Place fat side up in slow cooker
  3. Cook on low 6-7 hours
  4. Shred, serve on rolls with juice.

NOTES

I also used the pork over mashed potatoes with the juice and in a salad with honey mustard dressing. Both very good.
