I also used the pork over mashed potatoes with the juice and in a salad with honey mustard dressing. Both very good.

- 4-5 lb Pork Loin
- 1/2 - 1 packet Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning
- 3 tbls Balsamic Vinegar
- 1. Rub Louie's Italian Beef Seasoning on roast.
- 2. Place fat side up in slow cooker
- 3. Cook on low 6-7 hours
- 4. Shred, serve on rolls with juice.
