Spicy Louie’s Italian Beef

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 pkg Louie’s Famous Italian Beef Seasoning
  • 3 lbs. Beef Roast
  • 32 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers
  • Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine water and seasoning in a crock pot
  2. Add beef and enough water to cover the top of the roast
  3. Add the jar of pepperoncini’s juice and all (remove stems)
  4. Cook for 8-10 hours on low, shred with a fork
  5. Serve on the bread of your choice

NOTES

We call this Louie’s Italian Beef, the Spicer version. With the leftovers, if there are any, we add noodles and make beef and noodles.
